Donating Books and Media

All items for sale have been donated by generous supporters like you! Place donations inside the library to the right, on the blue carts. If you have more than eight boxes of books and media to donate at one time, please email us at beatley_friends@beatleyfriends.org so we can be ready to receive them. Learn more about what you can donate.

Volunteer

There are lots of ways to volunteer! You can sort items to prep for the sale. We have a schedule for sorting donations with 2-3 hour morning, afternoon, or evening shifts. If you cannot commit to sorting every week, but would be willing to fill in when people go on vacation, please let us know. Training provided!

Email beatley_friends@beatleyfriends.org with your name, days you might be available, and your phone number. We also rely on volunteers to seek sponsorships and advertise the sale.

Please email if you can help!
